8 Paisley Street AWAPUNI, Palmerston North City

This awesome two bedroom home has had a total makeover from the new roof down to the polished timber floor. New kent style wood fire, new carpet, kitchen and bathroom and painted inside and out.

Good sized section that is well fenced, garage plus workshop and new woodshed all add to the appeal. Walls and ceilings have brand new insulation so it will be a lovely warm home in winter. My vendors have spent a lot of money to make this good but a transfer requires a sale.

If you are seeking an entry level priced home with nothing to spend, this has to be on the top of your to see list. Paisley St is very popular and property sells well here. I recommend an early viewing or come along to my open home.
